Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using the Goldenhance website or engaging our services, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by these terms, please do not use this website or our services.

Services Provided

Goldenhance provides metal finishing services including but not limited to:

• Gold plating services
• Metal polishing
• Antique restoration
• Custom fixture refinishing
• Chrome and nickel plating
• Powder coating

Quotes and Pricing

All quotes provided by Goldenhance are valid for 30 days from the date of issue. Prices quoted are based on the information provided at the time of assessment. Additional work discovered during the service process may require additional quotes.

A 50% deposit is required to begin work on projects exceeding $500. The remaining balance is due upon completion before pickup or delivery.

Turnaround Times

Estimated turnaround times are provided as estimates only and are not guaranteed. Standard projects typically complete within 5-7 business days. Rush services may be available upon request and may incur additional fees.

Customer Responsibilities

You agree to:

• Provide accurate information about your items
• Disclose any existing damage or repairs needed
• Remove personal belongings from items before service
• Pick up completed items within 30 days
• Pay all fees in a timely manner

Limitation of Liability

Goldenhance's liability for any claim arising from our services shall not exceed the total amount paid for those specific services. We are not responsible for:

• Pre-existing damage or wear
• Items left unclaimed for more than 60 days
• Damage caused by improper use after service
• Consequential or indirect damages

Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, and images, is the property of Goldenhance and is protected by copyright laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or modify any content without our written consent.

Termination

We reserve the right to terminate service to any customer who violates these terms or engages in behavior that is harmful, abusive, or illegal.

Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Alaska. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be resolved in the courts of Anchorage, Alaska.
