Cancellation Policy

Cancellations Before Work Begins

If you need to cancel before we begin work on your project:

• Cancellations made 7+ days before scheduled start: Full refund of any deposit
• Cancellations made 3-6 days before scheduled start: 50% refund of deposit
• Cancellations made less than 3 days before scheduled start: Deposit non-refundable

Cancellations During Work

If you request cancellation after work has begun:

• Work less than 25% complete: Refund of 75% of project cost
• Work 25-50% complete: Refund of 50% of project cost
• Work more than 50% complete: No refund available

Quality Guarantee

We take pride in our work and are committed to your satisfaction. If you are not happy with the results:

• Contact us within 7 days of receiving your completed items
• Describe your concerns in detail
• We will arrange an inspection and work to make it right

If we cannot resolve your concerns to your satisfaction, we may offer a partial or full refund depending on the circumstances.

Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be processed within 10-14 business days using the original payment method. You will receive confirmation via email once the refund has been issued.

Items Not Eligible for Refund

• Custom orders specifically created for you
• Items that have been damaged after pickup
• Services already rendered to satisfaction
• Items left unclaimed for more than 60 days
